The Coffee Room

The Coffee Room is now serving a fantastic range of loose leaf teas and infusions also numerous blends of coffees served in town. We have also added to our great hot chocolate menu to see all of what we have to offer click on the menu page.

Being the closest café-bar and restaurant to the Birmingham Hippodrome Theatre, home to Birmingham Royal Ballet, the Patrick Centre, the Welsh National Opera and the Dance exchange. The Coffee Room Bar and Bistro is the nearest place for some great pre & post theatre food or interval drinks.

Birmingham's Alexandra Theatre is also only a two minute walk through China Town. The National Trust's award winning Back to Backs museum is also directly opposite the Coffee Room at the top of Hurst street, so it's the ideal place to pop in for a coffee and a cake or a bite to eat.

The Coffee Room's central location in Southside, Birmingham's Entertainment district, makes it the ideal venue to meet up before visiting many of Birmingham's city centre attractions such as the O2 Academy and the Glee Club.

The Coffee Room is an attraction in its self serving the theatre going public for over fifteen years now and along the way there have been more than a few celebrity diner's who can be seen on our now famous celebrity wall.

If you are arriving by car we offer very secure parking in our Arcadian Centre car park, by train we are just a few minute's walk from both New Street and Moor Street stations, Digbeth coach station is also only just a short walk.
